Our Philosophy
The Minturn Towne Homes, is nestled into the sunny hillside of the Town of Minturn. The town of Minturn was developed primarily as a railroad town in the late 1800s and incorporated in 1904, making it one of the oldest towns in Eagle County. The townhomes were developed in 2007 and continue to be one of the most sought out communities to live in Minturn.
